I had booked 2 tickets for my in laws through this portal (From Kolkata to Pune via Bangalore) by Spicejet. When Spicejet got into financial trouble, I cancelled these tickets on 7/12/14 since my in laws are both senior citizens and I did not want to take a chance with their travel. Upon cancellation I was promised refund within 7 days (email attached). Since then I have been calling there call centre number and mailing to them (complaint attached). The only information I received was I will receive my refund once they recover from Spicejet. This is unfair since I bought ticket from Makemytrip, why should I be held at ransom by them like this?

I spend Rs 11,000 for these tickets and am still waiting for full refund. The flight was delayed by more than a day and the airline sent a text message saying that they are ready to refund in full. Then why have I not received my refund? I want full refund of the ticket price of Rs 10,378 immediately.
