The phone Gpad G4, was purchased through ebay on 8th Oct 2014, bearing the IMEI NO 862782024170565. The phone suddenly stopped to work on 24th Jan 2015 and was getting heated. Took to the nearest service centre “Gionee Care” having the address “Sri Sai Phone centre” #2237 ,LIG 3rd phase,16th B cross,Yelanka,Bangalore. But they did not respond to the issue, though the phone is under warranty.I would like to get the phone working or replaced so that it works as per the specifications.

I have wasted half a day in finding the service centre and did not even acknowledge the issue and service the phone. As a result I need to purchase a new phone for the time being. Need to get the phone fixed in working condition or replace it with a brand new one.
