Tikona Broadband – Poor Speed, No Customer Care

Sir, i pay every month for a speed of 2 mbps but i dont get the speed or service. 3 or 4 days every month connectivity is off. i pay money to get service accordingly, not to use the internet as per their wish. whenever i call the customer care they simply make excuses of any nonsense.

sir, the bill i pay is going waste because i am not getting the service. and not only me but everyone i know using tikona internet is just very angry and irritated with their service because their customer care is just fooling and making excuses.
