I have a tikona broadband internet service and in monsoon period from May to Sept 2013, they have issues with their tower service and some more technical issues. I paid 300rs less for their charges, they call five times a day to recover their amount, rather than solving their issues. They have been very pathetic in handling the issue, and when I ask them to solve technical issue, they mention it will be done and till now not they have not been resolved. They are not refunding for any inconveneince caused for these issues
