My Tikona user id 1108688438 ..name – Sumit Joshi Tikona net service is so pathetic my net is not working properly since 3 months, I am calling daily to customer care and they just lie that your problem will be solved ..Net works well for some time and again the net speed drops.. I am paying for 2 MBPS that’s for Rs 1100 .. I have faced such a mental torture from the Tikona..Its customer care is of no use..They just lie to you that you problem will be solved within 24 hours…Its been 3 months that i am facing a torture..Mentally .. i am calling them daily ..its waste of my time and money..my net is not working .. I have spoken to there many seniors their names have been mentioned below..Ashwin kumar, sham pawar, avinash danawalle, RUCHITA K, jas pal..they are waste and of no use i dont know how do they heir such people..The Tikona company only is use less..When i applied for waiver they gave waiver of Rs 75 only.. and my net is not working properly since 3 months.. i dont know what to do with such people… i am Problem is still persisting and yet not solved..
