Tikona Broadband Wrong Billing/ Excess Charges

Dear Sir,

This has reference to the my account id 1111393475 with tikona broadband.

In this regard, pls note the following-

1) Initially the tikona connection was installed at Lucknow and disconnection request for the same has been given on 04.06.2015;

2) The connection has been restarted on 20.06.2015 at Mumbai (after recovery of all the devices installed at Lucknow);

3) Final closure request of the connection has been made on 29.06.2015;

4) I have been clearly told by customer care representative that I will not be charged any installation fee. However, the bill for the month from 07/07/2015 to 06/08/2015 contains the same;

5) Similarly, I have been charged Rs. 1500 as Termination Penalty despite the fact that I have informed closure and had also provided my new address where your devices are kept. But no representative has visited my place to collect the same till date;

Pls also find attached the statement of reconciliation.

In view of the above, pls arrange to refund Rs. 606 to me immediately else I would be forced to file a case with consumer forum for the same.
