Tikona – connection Isuues several complains no response

I have taken Broad Band collection form Tikon which is in service from Last 2 months, I had lunched complain several complains in past regarding connection Isuues. I launched one complain 2 days back and it was closed without solving it. Tikona has taken New complain(1-3009316963) now and are not ready to recopen the old one. I feel there is no use of overpaying for the connection od 2 MBPS when I am not getting it and when tikona has no able to setisfy me as a customer. Also Connection specially becomes slow during Night time of 8 to 11 When none of there onsite engineere is ready to help me out and resolve the problem.

I am not able to Make use of connection as it is not giving me prescribed speed due to which I was not able to atain so of my business Meeting which has impacted by work. Estimated Loss is more than 10000 INR.

I want complete refund of 3000 INR that I paid for connection of Tikona Broad Band connection.
