Tikona Internet connection for multiple user (more than 2) are restricted and not informed to us before taking up the connection. We request for connection termination but poor response. Customer care are not caring customer. Time and money loss. we request for quick refund of our connection fee and initial amount paid with interest.
Interest is necessary for my office work. I have been on loss of pay for 3 days.
I want my initial deposit amount paid with interest (Rs 4000) along with termination of my TIKONA internet connection.
