I put up a service discontinuation request with tikona in month January, however they did not suspend the connection after the billing cycle was over. When I called them up 3 days after I got this fake bill they told that you have used data after billing cycle and you will have the pay whole rental amount for the month. However this information was not paased to me while registering the discontinuation request. They did not turn up to collect the devices and added 1500 rs extra to my bill making it a total of Rs 2822. I got a call from a lady today stating that she is from delhi tees hazari court and a case has been filed by tikona against me. I made a payment of rs 1322 to avoid any problems but then she told me that they are not accepting it and i will have to pay the whole amount. I am not sure if she was actually from the court and why should i pay extra rs 1500 for tikona personnel’s not turning up to collect their device. Please help me. They are threatening me to summon me in the court.

I would like tikona to refund the the bill amount along with penalty for mental tension that they have caused to me.
