Dear Sir, I was customer of Tikona Digital Network- and initially registered with monthly unlimited plan – later on 9th May i got scheme displayed on my tikona account assuring that No GB restriction quarterly plan for Rs. 2000 advance Considering the same I migrate to quarterly plan ADULQ750K for which i made advance payment of Rs. 2000 and previous monthly bill od Rs. 701 with taxis came around Rs. 2913.32 which had been made payment though online.[1-2677457713 on 13 May 2013 transaction ID 71557173] Above plan was the period 15 May to 14 August 2013 because bill generation date of tikona is normally remain of 15th of each month – e.g. [January 14 to February 15] Now issue is that tikona authority is still kept sending excess bill for the month of July 15 to October 15 – for which i haven’t request to renew my plan even i had requested to deactivated after completion of due period that was 14th August 2013- tikona is baseless demanding for money and harassing us by sending such mail Even after various request to tikona to deactivation of our service they still want forcefully us to pay bill for upcoming quarter which we had not requested. I want Tikona authority to take all the devices installed at my home take back without more irrelevant communication as they aren’t approach to me even after various requested. The intense behind not doing so was to charge us extra money forcefully for upcoming month second is that we had requested for deactivation plan so no further bill should be generated as we had made 100% advance against service they provided upto 14th august and third is that stopping harassing us often calling on the same issue in the name of resolution of issue.
