I have used tikona broadband connection in past and paid all the dues related to my usage and terminated the connection due to poor internet quality. Company said I need to surrender the device for which they said they will send somebody. The person never turned up to collect the device( the collection requires labour work to be performed) When I called their representative to check up why he didn’t turned up He said they don’t have any such request from Tikona and after my multiple request to collect the device nobody replied and came for collection and after some time they sent a due bill to pay 1500 rs for non refund of device, else they will drag me to court. Every 15 days somebody from unknown number calls me and threat me to pay money else face consequences. I said them the above story but they don’t care. I said you collect the device its your responsibility to collect device that other broadband provider do on promptly but they say just give us money. This is fraud and harassment. I got recent harassment call from this number 8505878xxx Customer number with Tikona – 1110826260 I am attaching all the proof of emails sent to Tikona to support my intention of returning the device and all the efforts I placed for the same.

I want to settle the account without any dues on my name and want Tikona to come and collect their device which they never did. Stop harassing me and apologise for this behaviour formally.
