I installed tikona internet services on 1 nov.I am not getting proper services from 14 of nov.in spite of my regular complaints there is no follow up.Before 14 I faced the same problem from 7-9 nov .Kindly help me out.

I have to bear an extra amount of 1000 rs on flight ticket which i was not able to book at discount time because of unavailability of internet by my respective service provider

I want perfect service to be continued and compensation from the provider. they should assure me not to trouble me with the same problem
