Dear Team, My connection is dead from Past 4 days. I been complaining and the resolution not provided. Multiple times complained and I am not getting any proper response from Tikona side. I want to disconnect my connection and I want my installation charges back because I am disconnecting for poor service provided to me. Tikona ID: 1108243582
I want proper service or My installation charge refund. This issue is happening from 3 months.They really have very poor applet department. Single person do not handle complaint and every time new person calls up without checking proper status. More than 25 complaints are raised and its really frustrating to use tikona service.
