I had joined Birla Sun Life Insurance effective 7th December 2009, since then I was paying the quarterly payment of Rs. 24,980 regularly for 7 installments (statment is attached). Then I lost my job & told my local representative Shahul Hameed, then it went on delaying & completed 3 years. Then when I checked with the Kasargod branch, they said I have to wait for 1 year after completion of 3 years to get my payment. To my shocking I got only Rs. 15,422.13 out of my total payment of Rs. 1,74,860. I have not deposited the cheque yet in my account.

I’m looking to get money what I’ve paid them. I trust this is not legal at all.
