Reliance GSM Postpaid – falls information given care centre denied me that such service

I switched from my prepaid to postpaid listing to attractive benefits in phone but i was bullied. Even after taking it for granted i continued under the benefits which i actually got but faced several problem from November 2013 to till date. -told me that i’d get 600 free calls and 400 sms under my 199 plan but i got only 250 free calls and 225 sms -told me that my security of rs 300 will be deducted from my 1st bill, but it didn’t happened -even filing complain about this to the customer care, they told me that i can switch back to prepaid but when i went to Reliance world they denied me that such service can only be availed after 3 months from the date I’ve started using postpaid -they didn’t told me that the 225 Free SMS that is in my plan is only for reliance to reliance, and when on 12/01/2014 i checked my bill and found that i have been charged for SMS, i called to customer care and filed a complaint and after a hour a person from the billing department called and said that the SMS that you have got under your plan is only for Reliance-reliance and when i said that no one told me during the selling time, he said you should ask about it and even told me to go to the office from where i took the connection to file such complaint -on the month of december i asked a personnel from the reliance customer care office to file my few complains. he told that it has been filed but on 12/01/2014 when i asked the customer care to tell me the status of my december complain, he told me that “No such complain has been registered” -2 or 3 times, i have faced the ill-behavior of the customer care in phone. -i requested them to check for the recorded calls of mine for quality check but it didn’t happen -Put me in call barred several time and asked me to deposit my address proof several time. I deposited my address proof 2 times but eventhough i was put in call barred and told that my address was not verified because of which i faced various problems. I can’t take it any more

– i want all my money back. all the bill amounts that i paid, i want refund – Apart from refunds, i want suitable monetary compensation from reliance communication and Sanjana Business Associates Sec:16 Noida, for providing me false information and harassing me unnecessaryily – i want strict actions to be taken against Reliance communications and all those who gave wrong information. this can be checked from the calls i made to reliance customer care. – i want the same number but other network( opt of PORT) ASAP
