dear sir/mam. i am amarjeet raikwar from indore. earlier i am using broadband services of Tikona Digital Network Pvt Ltd. but due not able to use services of this company properly and lots of the time i am Complaint regarding for the same (network issue) with company but services are not improve by the company and finally i decided to closed my connection and informed to company in the month of August to disconnect my connection with immediate effect but after several reminder no buddy came to collect there dives from in the month of august again i am following with there local office and date 05 September there collection office (mr mayank jain his mobile number is 9755122690)come to me and collect the there assets from my premises along with the full and final payment when i ask him for receipts for payment and there assets he was told me that we will never provide any receipts to any customer at indore then i am little worried and draft a handover latter and take the acknowledgment on latter prepared by me for my safe side and email this latter to tikona also but not till date i have not received any revert from there side. but today i have received a call from +918303006453 and he was told me that due to non payment tikona is going to logged case against me if you want to stop this action pay immediately sum of rupees 895 otherwise we are going to take legal action against you and you have to come delhi for this case if you are noy able to come court will fine 75000/- to you choice is your what you want to do either pay 895/- or come to delhi. i am confused what i have to do as i am already cleared there all outstanding then why tikona is asking this amount attach scan image of hand over latter
i am only want to closed my this account as i am already paid all my o/s amount and don’t want to any other calls from tikona
