Tikona – Overcharging showing fake usage after disconnection

Dear, I had a prepaid Tikona broadband connection in my name, user id 1108304446, login password shivcolony17by3, account no. 119844129, from April 15, 2013 to August 28, 2013. I requested disconnection on August 28, 2013 as their service were non-operational since August 24, 2013. Tikona personnel (Mobile 8605494686) has taken company’s CPE from my premises on September 17, 2013 around 2:00 p.m. in my absence. My bill has been paid till August 25, 2013. So there isn’t any unpaid usage made in my connection. My session data can be checked by logging into my account in company’s website using my user-id and password. After termination they entailed me for payment of Rs. 678 in e-mail (as settlement amount) or Rs. 778 in bill (showing phantom usage from August 26, 2013 to September 7, 2013). Twice they called me regarding this payment; when I asked them how could I use their service when it has been out-of-service, they didn’t have any answer for it. Then on October 17, 2013 4:56 p.m. I received a call from number 1130150200 claiming as advocate representing Tikona. She told me that the company has set me as defaulter for a non-payment of Rs. 2278 and I can either settle the case outside the court which should be done by an online payment of the amount through company’s website by 5:20 p.m. that day or she will file the case in Delhi High Court. If the company can prove me guilty in court I will have to pay ten times of the amount. I didn’t want to go for settlement because she didn’t have any justification for the amount, so I asked her to register the case. On October 18, 2013 I’ve received a Demand Notice for payment Rs. 778 through e-mail from Tikona.
