on 10/10/2013 I have transfered Rs.990/through federal bank net banking and I got the confirmation no.6819005 and the amount is deducted from my a/c.But up to this time they have not recharged my a/c or did not refund the money.I called them several times and getting some lame excuses.

I want the money to be returned back with compensation for the actual monitory losses plus the metal and physical strain imposed on me
