User Id 1106915110 Executive has provided me plan of 80 GB valid for three years @ 4 MPBS, I shocked to learn few months ago from customer care executive that, its only 60 GB plan, till date any resolution/clarification is not provided. Several times I have to call for interruption of internet service, although they are resolving the same, but it’s every time an additional cost to us & visit of your executive without proper ID proof is dangerous and unsafe for us, as they are visiting to us during noon time, when we are not available at home. At the time of activation only, I have requested your executive that support service will be required after 6:30 pm only whenever required, but no resolution for the same is provided till date. We are service class people & internet I more useful to us on Sunday`s/Holiday, during Diwali vacation also, internet was not working, hence it almost of no use to us, if not working on Holiday`s/Sunday`s.
Either un-interuppted service should be provided or i shall be refunded my amount back. Reimbursement of electrical expenses.
