Tikona – Poor Network service no response

Tikona net system was installed on 15th july.my user id is 1110664760.I have plan of 2 Mbps.and i am gettinf fluctuation and congestion in network.I called 20-25 times to customer care but no action taken.still problem persists.speed is sometimes 100 kbps sometimes 0kbps.

I couldn’t appear for online civil service exam of coaching centre. i couldn’t send business mail to different client.Economic damage of 10000 as because of that i couldn’t study online nor able to download any study material.

I want company to compensate and apologize for their mistake.and if not possible uninstall connection and pay the amount i paid
