Tikona – Termination Penalty Charges – Review

my Tikona Account details: User Id: 1105332466 Name: Hamid Jawaid Registered phone: 0886019xxx I closed my Tikona connection around an year back(Request placed on 21-Mar-2013 with ticket# 1-2628790046) and submitted the device to Tikona representative who collected it from my home. But then i received a penalty charges bill from Tikona dated 26-Jun-2013 for not having submitted the device. I spoke with Tikona customer care several time and they assured me I won’t be getting any more calls once I send the document of device submission. But my email id with tikona had spelling mistake so I do not have a valid registered with Tikona email id and as per suggestions provided by customer care I sent an email with the document confirming submission of Tikona device through another email id but still this is not resolved. I even tried to get my email id registered as suggested by another Tikona customer care but it was never successful as my account is not active. Today I received a call from Tikona recovery agent asking me to hire a lawyer and respond. This issue has been going on for over an year. Tikona recovery agent has been harassing me for an year with legal case. I never delayed any of The bill payment before. But after termination I am being regularly harassed by Tikona agents. Please help me close this matter.

I want them to close this matter as there should not be any penalty charges as i submitted the device. I also want them to stop harassing me with their recovery agents and legal cases.
