My name is Sushant Kishore Barla,a customer of tikona broadband service,living in gurgaon. 1 month back nearly 26 june,i got a phone call from a lady saying she is from tis-hazari court delhi,you have 1806 Rs. payment is due and tikona is filed a case against you and if you not pay the bill you have to come to the court,so i was shocked and payed the bill .after a day i call the customer care and request to disconnect the connection,tikona personnel tell me that my request is under consideration,so i was thinking that my connection is closed , but now 31st july ,i am getting the tikona bill to pay the 1400 Rs. After disconnecting why should i pay the bill ?

I do not want to pay for the connection , which is disconnected , i have no other clarifications received by tikona.
