24 * 7 road side assitance – they are not provding the seviced properly.

I have take My car 24 * 7 road side assitance on 02/May/2013.On 29/July my car having some starting problem and which need to tow to nearest servicing center.Then i called My car help line (7838520011 and 9582221355)from 10 pm to 12 am on 02/may but i was getting the same IVR message that ‘Our Executive are busy and ‘ll call back to you ).During this two hours i called at least 30-40 time in both the number and there was no responce . Then i left my vechile on road side and left for home at 12 am . Next day i.e.30/July again i tried to call the same number from 6am to 9 am but the result was same .Then I rent a crain of Rs.1200 tow my car to servicing center .But when i tried at 10 am then both the number was working .When i mentioned about the problem they argue with me that both the number was working fine .Though they are claiming 24 * 7 service they are not provding the seviced properly.

I want to refund my membership fees of Rs.505 with Rs 1200 of crain . Apart from that i need Rs 5000 as penalties to Mydcar for my mental truma that i faced for that 3/4 hours .
