As me housing loan running with ICICI bank and they called me and gave me an option to change my PEMI to EMI. I went to the bank on 23.07.2013 and submitted my doucments and said please do the conversion from 01.09.2013 onwards because of my personnal financial reasons but now they have done the conversion from 01.08.2013 onwards, due to that my monthly planning has been failed.

In terms of money i do not have any concern but they are thinking they are the banker and power is in their hands and whatever they wanted to do can do it and if you ask them to share their maanager number than answer is, manager is not available in the office. please charge them some amount of penealty for creating problem with the customers and put the money to GOVT donation account.
