SPIDIGO – failed to 512KBPS internet speed providing

My boradband service was purchased with 512KBPS speed plan however since the date i purchased the plan, i did not recieved full spectrum speed, i have made many complaint in the customer service center, but there is no reply, i have send emails as well but stil no reply.

i want the speed that i purchased with the SPIDIGO or make all my money refuded.
