I have made request for closure of my BB connection (User ID : 1107612298) on date 14–JUL-2013. they haven’t closed my connection yet even i wrote more than 20 emails to customercare@tikona.in and his head j.nair@tikona.in as per mentioned on its site tikona.in. i called many times on customer care toll free number (1800 209 4276) , the agents are verbally agreed that they have generated bills wrongly and it would no amount to pay since i haven’t use any bit of of this connection since 14 JULY 2013. even though after 2-3 month , i got call from delhi tees hazari court that company filled legal PIL against me . i have to appear in court to fight with this. i call again then customer care they told me that this is some kind of mistake but they should stop this legal procedure. anyhow nothing happened yet. I again got call today from court regarding PIL. I have request number of (1-2732217516) connection closure. but they never provided my NOC. i had used this connection since 19-DEC-2012 to 14-JUL-2013. i have paid my all bills for this 7 months. I WANT COMPANY SHOULD TAKE HIS UNETHICAL APRROUCH FROM THIS AND RESOLVE THIS. I SHOULD PAY ANY SINGLY PENNY.
