Tikona WiBro – Pune – Mental Harrassment

: I used to have Tikona connection in Pune with Customer ID 1108166259. My billing cycle starts at 15th of every month and hence I applied for disconnection on 14th Feb 2014 and paid the bill till 15th Feb 2014. Tikona disconnected the services on 25th March, which is 1 month and 10 days after my request and now they are asking me to pay the bill for the period of 16-Feb to 15-Mar for INR 1222. Today i got a call from recovery agent (who was clearly lying) said that I am some lawyer from Delhi and a case will be logged against me in Delhi Civil Court and actions would be taken against me and my passport will be blocked. He was trying to mentally harass me by mentioning few legal terms and enforcing me to pay bill. At one point of time he also asked for my credit card detail so that he’ll pay the bill. I got a call from this number: +91-9212362731. Let me know the procedure for filing case against this cheapster company. Major Concerns: In 11 months of service, I was not able to access internet even for a single day without technical difficulties on their end. I always faced issues like, service availability of less than 50% of time, not able to connect to Tikona Server, extremely reduce speed etc. I have logged more than 15 complaints in this duration and none of them were solved by them. I am not at all willing to pay this false bill. Please let me know what actions should be taken against them.
