Indian Income Tax department’s TDS CPC is always down and not accessible from the US. Complaints online are not even acknowledged. I am able to log on successfully, but viewing 26AS from abroad is the real issue. It says “directed to TDS CPC website” and asks to Confirm. At the next stage, it invariably says, “Site Not Available due to Technical Reason.” We are being prevented from access to our own data and from paying our taxes correctly. This must be rectified ASAP. This has gone on for too long. Have tried accessing from other computers and using all search engines at different times. It is very frustrating to listen to the empty talks of Finance Minister.
