Just after 10 days expiry of my Sony Xperia Z, I encountered charging issue. I complained to the F1 Service centre, Connaught place, Delhi, India. They replied me that the Xperia Z is not repairable. When I asked for any other remedy then they give me an option to pay 50% of the current market price of the set with the my set. I didn’t leave any option but to follow. But now the centre is giving me the warranty of 3months only. I am feeling completely cheated by the company because as a loyal consumer I been paying much getting less warranty. Even at any point of time I was not been informed that this set was unrepairable. Please let me know if you can do something in this. Himanshu Kumar 98712311XX
