Tikona WiBro Wrong Billing on Internet Connection

My complaint is against an illegitimate imposition of bill under my account for the time I did not use the services of Tikona. When being asked for giving the breakup and justifying the reasons of the same, the Merchant’s customer services replies with template emails that do not address my specific issues. Recently they started sending legal threatening emails to me and have been disturbing my past acquaintances by calling them because they were able to get hold of their phone nos from somewhere. When I replied on the threatening email to explain me the details again, they did not respond rather sent another template email with the same threatening words.

First of all the merchant is not answering my specific questions and addressing my concern which means that the customer service is neither trained nor cares of the customers’ problems. Secondly, because the payment collection/customer service department has called my past acquaintances, they have been disturbed because its not their concern. Moreover, it has spread among my acquaintances prejudices against me and have made me look bad and indecent. My social integrity and reputation has been definitely hurt.

I would like the Merchant to waive off all unnecessary charges and as a result of the bad social reputation I have suffered, would like them to offer a closure letter of my account without any charges.
