Tikona – Wrong Bill Provided

I have raised multiple disconnection requests with tikona and initially they didn’t acted upon it and finally launching a request with one of consumer websites they disconnected but they are charging me for more period then I used this connection . The current full and final settlement amount is 3569 which is not correct as my connection was not having its service from 2nd July.

I want the last full and final settlement amount to be discarded completely.
