Tikona’s Poor Broadband, Non Termination Connection

I had subscribed for the connection of tikona broadband service. The plan was ADBBM4M750. But from the day one I have been facing tremendous problem with the service quality. They assured a speed of 3 mbps but in reality I had been able to access only one to two hours daily with a speed of meager less than 3mbps speed. Second day while I wanted to file a complain regarding my problem, i called the customer care center but it was a difficult task as max time their cc no showed busy tone. after so much difficulty i was able to speak with one of their CC representative and assured me that my problem would be resolved within 24 hours but till today I have not addressed by anyone from the side of the service provider. each time i have been trying to contact them they have been repeating the same thing.

At the time of subscription i had paid 2809 which was an amount for three month of pre payment for my plan ADBBM4M750. But i could not avail a little benefit for that payment. Also I had taken that connection for my various necessary works which I had to complete within definite time frame. All my works got piled up and I have to bear a huge loss also I had to undergo lots of mental harassment and precious time.

I want complete refund of my fund. Also I want a strict action for such harassment. and compensation for my loss of precious time. I also want actions against their advertisement where they falsely claim about speed which is completely false.
