Tikona,Service is Very Bad, Internet is not working from the 1st day

I have taken the internet broadband connection from tikona and 3 times their engineers visited but my problem yet not resolved, so i have requested to process my full refund of Rs. 2900/- as they are only cheating the customer and i have called up tikona so many times which is only a wasteage of money and time, So please help me to get my refund back, as they are not responding and its alsomst a week passed.I don’t want that they will deduct any kind of charges because i have suffered due to their bad services and i will not pay a single rupee for this.
