I’d ordered 3 hair colors from shopping.indiatimes.com & received partial delivery (only 1 hair color) of my order in the parcel on 06-01-2014. I emailed them stating the same and received the email from them on 9-01-2014 that my complaint is in process status. My case manager is – Prashant. I’ve been continuously following up with there customer care department to ship the remaining products but they are never giving me the exact date when this is going to happen! After waiting for more than 2 weeks. Yesterday I told them to cancel my order, they are again saying that is will take time and not giving me appropriate answer instead delaying this matter.
I want refund of my money along with a compensation for all the follow up calls that I made with no appropriate response from them.
