Totally lack of responsibility and negligence on the communication part. Wrong information being shared by the customer care executive. Have put in a request for a reverse pick up from a new address. Regarding which i have still not receive any confirmation.
I want the product to be picked by 21/1/2014 or a reimbursement of the payment with 10% as the compensation charges on the purchased amount to be given to me by indiatimes shopping.
