We have booked one advertisement with ad id.1171372 on 26 March 2014. to be publish in Times of India newspaper on 28 March 2014. but till date my ad is not published. Every time i got reply from customer care. that they are sorry, they will publish this ad. in next edition. this thing they repeated 3-4 times. every time they say sorry. and not ready to give me proper reply.

I want to make changes into my passport. as this ad. is for change of name. without this i am not able to make any changes into my passport. i have some very urgent meetings with my overseas client. which i will not be able to attend as my passport is no more valid.

I want you to take very strict action against this company. so that they will not repeat such things in future with any other client. and try to fulfill my loss.
