Hello Sir, my name is rahul jindal and i am from haryana my complaint is against shopping.indiatimes.com, sir i placed an order of a blackberry Z10 (White) mobile on 9th January 2014 from the indiatimes shopping website and expected date of delivery which is given to me is 16th January 2014 but till now i have not received the product i call several time on their customer care no 09024666666 and every time they give me next date. i did not get any satisfactory response from their side and on 21 January 2014 they call me at morning and said that they don’t have product in stock so they are refunding my money with in 5 days but after some time when i check on the web site the product is in stock and they are booking order for that mobile. so sir i need your help i want the delivery of product my order no. is 3002692332 my contact no is +919467040xxx
