please note:- i mention xolo in brand column whereas my product name is zync. sir, i bought a zync cloud z5 in may 2013, it got some colour display problem in november, when i call to customer care they said you have submitted the product to the service centre in malviya nagar and you will get back your product within 15 days, i submit my product on nov.30, 2013 but still i do not get my product back.
as you know being a consumer i don’t want to harras and i was purchase a product for my convenience not for harassments, so i want compensation from the company for the product which i already purchased from this lier company as well as my new phone purchased and also harassment which i already having from the period which i purchase a zync product in may 2013 to till date. thanking you ravi consul 9811819xxx ravi32consul@gmail.com
