The worst ever brand and the customer support. I have subscribed to annual The Times of india but till date they failed to deliver my newspaper. But when the request for subscription, agents will call you n number of times and say they will deliver the newspaper as per the date they mentioned. after the subscription is over the agent phone number is not working and when u call the customer care, they just mention we raised your complain and you will get your newspaper in 2 days, but the 2 days becomes more than 2 months and even you raise 100 complains, they don’t deliver the newspaper. They are the biggest fraud even the times of india shopping. The same thing happened to me last year also
