I have purchased E-commerce package from them and i specified my requirements. They agreed and told me to proceed with payments. After payment they have taken 10 days time to just install theme which merely takes 1 day. But i don’t have any issue with this. When they were designing i asked them to make it as per my requirements like – install chat widget, apply SSL certificate, add filters, add payment gateway, add logo etc. But they have not done it yet even after mails and telephonic conversations. Now they are saying it is not included in the package. And they will not do it. I have managed to solve some portion with the help of friends and Internet, but as i have paid them for this they should do this. Note : I have mails which i can forward you if you need that.

I just want refund of money which i paid for the package i.e. 10,500 INR as i dont want to continue with them.
