I purchased a Honda Brio car from Pinnacle Honda, Kolkata last year. The Registration date of the same is 07/08/2013 and the no is WB02AD6282. After using it for a month i observed the mileage being 9 kmpl while the company promises a minimum of 13 kmpl. At the time of my first free service i complained regarding the same and was assured that the condition will be better after the second service. But at present i am getting a mileage of just 7 kmpl which is quite low. When i called the company, i was said to make an advance booking and then your complaint will be listened to. I am helpless because such low mileage is not at all economical. I would be thankful if this forum helps me out. Details : M No-9830812xxx Car No- WB02AD6282

Proper Service so that the mileage increases and reaches the promised levels or my car should be changed if there is any manufacturing defect.
