Tata Indicom – Wrong billing and Misbehaviour

I was the postpaid customer of Tata Photon for more than 2 years and i have paid all my bills within the stipulated time.But without any notice Tata Photon withdraw their service from Uttar Dinajpur district (where at present i am staying).I was teribbly dissapointed for this reason and therefore i stopped using Tata Photon dongle and not paid any bills thereafter.I was unable to disconnect/handover the connection as there was no outlet of Tata photon in my present location.But some employees of Tata Photon called me several times and gives threatning to me and also asked me to pay the bill otherwise they will take legal action against me.

I am ready to pay my usage bill (which is already paid) but dont want to pay a single rupee which i have not used.Just want to resolve this issue as early as possible.
