Sir,I wish to bring to your notice that I had ordered Samsung Galaxy S DUOS -s7562 (2 No’s) on 14 FEB 2013 via Order No’s- 10396760 AND 10396760 at Timtara.com and paid Rs. 22600/-(11,300+11300) for it through netbanking by using CREDIT CARD as stated on the site. In my account credit card bill also generated i have to pay with fine, but to my disappointment it has not yet been shipped my mobile.I have called them almost 15 times regarding this matter. But it has been of no use. They always say that call if not responded in next three days, but no response comes. I have told them to refund my amount, but yet never responded.Today, I called them 4 times, each time they put me on hold and didnt respond. Due to STD no i also lost my mobile bill.I dont know how do I get my mobile or money back. This company has harassed me a lot.Kindly help.
