Sir/Madam, With regret I am writing this letter to let you know that I bought a ‘WD My Passport Essential SE 1 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drives’ on 26th March , 2012 from your website ( Oder No: 10223408). I paid Rs. 5,949 to buy this product and attached is the copy of the receipt as Annexure I. However, I have not given the delivery of my product within the specified time of 21 days. I promptly cancelled my order as I lost faith in your services by then. When I contacted your company’s customer care services in May 2012 to ask for refund of my amount, they always promised me to deliver the product within a week. But my product has not been delivered even till today. It has been more than 6 months now and whenever I try to call your customer care, they that my case is being forwarded to a ‘higher level.’ Strangely no reference number for my complaint has been given to me, so how do I track the status of my complaint? I am now running out of patience as I spent countless money on making STD calls to your company requesting to refund my money. I regret shopping with your reckless company who does not know how to respect a customer’s needs. Your customer service employees need a proper training in handling customers and should be taught how to respect customer’s requirements. I therefore, ask you to immediately look into the matter and deliver my refund amount ASAP. In case you fail to do so, I will surely appoint a lawyer to file a consumer complaint against your inefficient services.
