I ordered a mobile phone Samsung galaxy S Duos online through timtara.com and made an advance payment for that but even after 2 months I didnt got the delivery. Every time I called the customer care, they told me that Seniors are not in the office and they will arrange a callback from their end but I never received a callback. I even a sent a notice to their office but did not received any reply. Later, I came to know that the website was a fraud and they have closed their office and the CEO is in police custody now. My order no was 10375204.

I want my money back. I dont want to file complaint in consumer court as it will cost me more than the price which I paid for the mobile phone.
