I have ordered a pen drive of Transcend (JetFlash 500 16 GB) order no.10399392 on 21-02-2013 via Axis Bank Debit Card(Online). I still did not get the delivery of the product.I tried to contact customer care(01353051500) but I did not get any response from timtara.com. I found so much negative reviews about timtara.com online.(e.g. Facebook Page:https://www.facebook.com/TimtaraFraud). It is a fraud company. Please, take necessary action and help me get my refund.

I want my paid amount i.e. Rs. 652 back as soon as possible.
