My complaint is regarding the product from timtara, Transaction Id : 10180985 Order Date: 17th Mar 2013 01:06 pm Payment Mode: Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking I was informed that I will get my product in 21 days, I have not received my product and I called so many times on one pick phones, I have sent so many emails, I am stuck in middle of sea, I have no phone and no refund, Timtara does not bother to inform me whether I will get phone or refund, I have waited a lot and chased a lot. Please protect consumer rights and provide me justice. I buked my mobile on the above email id artimaheshrao@gmail.com. Timtara company has been liquidated and lodge a complaint/disputes withSBI credit cards but they want receipt from merchant, i told them that I can not timtara and they closed the case. I just have online receipt that I have already provided to SBI. please suggest CaseID=006-482-545′ disputes.

I am waiting for refund for Rs 9189. I want my money back.
