I had ordered an item from Timtara website. The product was not delivered for more than a month. Then I sent an email to “payal@timtara.com” for refund of the money but there is no response from them. Whenever i used to call their number, their agents does not speak to the customers properly. Also the charges applied for the phone are too much. The order was placed on 2st feb and till now there is no response from them. While checking about the Timtara website on internet i saw many other people facing the same problem and Timtara is a big fraud company. Please accept my complaint and take a strict action against them. I dont know why the payment gateway company is supporting such kind of website. Also how come their phone number of the website is working as after so many complaints it should be blocked. Expecting a strict action for this complaint. Thanks in adv Ravi Shivangekar

I want my money to be refunded and a strict action against Timtara so that they should not fraud on the internet. The company should be ceased against fraud to people.
