I have called to reliance communications customer care for asking 3g data plan in chennai. They said, its not available in TN. But i already Recharged online from Paytm.com site with 3o rs 3 days 3G data plan. it successfully rechreged too. Even in Reliance official site also they have put #G data plan in chennai. If it is not launched till not in TN than ahy they are putting wrong info in every site.i just asked Customer care to put complaint about spreading wrong info. but soon conversation had converted into arguement. i said- as being a common man it wrong info which people are getting from your side. so please change that. but customer care is cutomer care..they dont know how to care customers.
