I recharged for my prepaid Airtel telephone No. 8800843940 for Rs.500/- on 18.2.13 through HDFC Bank Credit Card vide Auth Cod 011133 and ARN 74568223049150039001709, My a/c was debited by the bank whereas recharge was not done, On follow up with Airtel Customer Care on couple of occasions, it has been confirmed on date that the recharge was not done by Bharati Airtel. At the same time for refund of Rs.500/- , HDFC Bank needs written mail confirmation or letter indicating that the recharge was not done.
